Physical Books

Our physical books are printed and fulfilled through print-on-demand fulfilment partners. Because these items are produced after an order is placed, we usually cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if your book arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:
– your order number
– a short description of the issue
– clear photos of the problem where possible

Digital Downloads

Digital products, including printable activity packs, colouring pages, and downloadable PDFs, are usually non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you have a technical problem accessing your download, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Free Downloads

Free downloads are provided at no cost. If you have trouble accessing a free file, please contact us and we will try to help.
